The Role of Rescue Instructor

Alsalam Aerospace Industries is seeking a Rescue Instructor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for delivering high-quality training to rescue specialists, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining stringent standards for rescue and hoist operations. The role involves both theoretical and practical instruction, development of training materials, and adherence to applicable aviation and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the General Directorate of Operations and work under the organization's management.
• Conduct training as a Rescue Specialist Instructor on helicopter operations, adhering to approved training syllabi. This includes basic and advanced courses such as Initial Rescue Specialist, Instructor Training, Live Hoist, and other relevant rescue operations.
• Develop, review, and update training materials in line with operational and training requirements.
• Advise operational leadership on aircrew and rescue specialist training needs.
• Develop and maintain training materials, publications, syllabi, examinations, and related instructional documents specifically for helicopter rescue operations.
• Review and update training publications and materials as necessary.
• Maintain, update, and follow up on training records and files for rescue specialists assigned to helicopter operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a strong background in rescue operations and instructional delivery, ensuring the ability to effectively train specialists to high standards.
