About the Role

Honeywell (KSA) is seeking a Program Leader for Building Automation. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading and managing building automation programs, driving innovation, and leveraging Honeywell's technologies to create sustainable and efficient building solutions. This position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Context and Impact

Reporting directly to the General Manager for Projects in KSA, the Program Leader will have a direct impact on shaping Mega Projects across Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading and managing building automation programs that contribute to the overall Building Solutions Ecosystem. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including government entities, technology partners, and customers, to develop and execute initiatives focused on enhancing urban sustainability, safety, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with government entities, technology partners, and customers to develop and execute projects.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and guidelines.
• Manage program performance metrics and reporting.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the program team and develop succession plans for each team member.
• Lead the adequate resourcing of projects in the portfolio and mitigate project risks.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in the Projects space.
• Support the Sales Organization with the growth of the Projects Business.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with management of multiple projects exceeding 5M USD simultaneously.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time position is based out of one of Honeywell's offices in Saudi Arabia, with Dhahran being a primary location. The role requires frequent travel across the Kingdom to support various projects and stakeholder engagements.
