About the Role: Safety Trainer

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking a dedicated Safety Trainer to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for developing and maintaining a robust safety culture across the organization. The role requires 5-10 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) within relevant industries.

Role Purpose and Context

The Safety Trainer is responsible for the comprehensive management of Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training programs. This includes developing, delivering, and evaluating these programs to ensure all employees, contractors, and relevant personnel possess the necessary knowledge and skills. The objective is to enable safe performance of duties and ensure full compliance with both company standards and regulatory requirements. This role actively promotes a strong safety culture through consistent training, awareness campaigns, and continuous learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and deliver Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) training courses in accordance with company requirements, applicable regulations, and industry best practices.
• Identify training needs through consultation with management, operational teams, safety personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain training materials and programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Technical Diploma Certificate.
• NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum requirement.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) within the Transportation, Manufacturing, or Construction industry.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training courses and programs.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety principles, workplace hazards, risk management, and safe working practices.
• Good understanding of applicable SHE regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training materials suitable for different audiences and levels of experience.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position located in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. The Safety Trainer will operate within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various operational teams and management to implement and uphold safety standards across Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co.
