Elite Makers Institute for Training announces its need for a specialized trainer in occupational health and safety

We seek at Elite Makers for Training to attract a professional trainer to deliver programs:

• Occupational Health and Safety Courses.
• And administrative courses.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or scientific discipline or its equivalent.
• At least (3) years of practical experience in occupational health and safety.
• Proven experience of at least (3) years in delivering adult training programs.
• Possession of a Train the Trainer (TOT) certificate.
• Preference will be given to those holding one or more of the following professional certifications:
• NEBOSH
• IOSH
• OSHA
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
• CSP
• OHST
• Or any accredited professional certifications in occupational health and safety.

Required Skills

• Mastery of occupational health and safety systems and legislation.
• Ability to design and deliver interactive training programs.
• Experience in risk assessment and occupational risk management.
• Familiarity with accident investigation procedures and root cause analysis.
• Ability to prepare training materials, tests, and workshops.
• Excellent presentation and delivery skills.
• Communication, persuasion, and training group management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and in-person and virtual training platforms.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and preferably proficiency in English.
