Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior US Imaging Technology Specialist with expertise in Vascular Ultrasound to join its team in Dhahran. This full-time role is integral to providing advanced diagnostic imaging services within a patient-centered care framework.

Role Overview

The Senior US Imaging Technology Specialist is responsible for delivering individualized, person-centered care while performing a range of advanced ultrasound examinations. This includes specialized musculoskeletal US imaging procedures and comprehensive vascular ultrasound studies. A key aspect of this role involves meticulously reviewing imaging orders and adapting protocols based on the patient's clinical history to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes and accurate results.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in performing all advanced and newly introduced ultrasound imaging procedures.
• Assume acting or backup leadership roles as required to ensure continuity of operations.
• Develop and participate in the regular review of practicing policies to maintain high standards.
• Participate actively in planning and arranging schedules, as well as reviewing workflows for efficiency.
• Engage in imaging equipment troubleshooting and other operational activities assigned by management.
• Contribute to the development and ongoing monitoring of ultrasound Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Participate in planning and implementing strategic initiatives related to imaging technology and services.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position must possess a strong background in ultrasound imaging, with a particular focus on vascular ultrasound. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in advanced ultrasound procedures, including musculoskeletal US imaging, is required. The specialist should demonstrate proficiency in adjusting protocols based on clinical history to achieve precise diagnostic outcomes.
