About the Role

Aramco Digital is seeking a Sr. AI Creative Specialist to join its team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role focuses on developing high-quality visual, video, and multimedia content by integrating creative production expertise with advanced AI-powered technologies.

Role Purpose and Impact

The specialist supports corporate, marketing, product, executive, and internal communications. The primary objective is to leverage generative AI to accelerate content creation, enhance creative quality, improve scalability, and reduce reliance on external agencies. This involves translating business and brand requirements into compelling visual stories and digital experiences, while applying efficient AI-enabled creative workflows, tools, and production practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI-generated visual, video, animation, presentation, infographic, and digital marketing assets.
• Produce AI-powered videos, animations, voiceovers, avatars, immersive experiences, and other multimedia content.
• Execute comprehensive video production activities, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, videography, cinematography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, VFX, sound design, and post-production.
• Develop photography and visual assets, covering event coverage, product imagery, corporate portraits, and digital content.
• Create visual storytelling for product launches, campaigns, executive communications, corporate branding, thought leadership, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Produce creative content for internal and external events, including photography, videography, live coverage, executive messages, town halls, employee campaigns, corporate announcements, and highlight reels.
• Develop multimedia content supporting employee engagement, corporate communications, and executive leadership communications.
• Ensure all creative outputs comply with brand identity, visual standards, messaging, and governance requirements.

AI Integration and Workflow Optimization

• Apply generative AI and creative technologies to support content ideation, production, editing, and personalization.
• Develop and maintain AI prompt libraries, creative workflows, templates, and reusable assets to enhance production speed, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Explore emerging AI creative tools and techniques, applying relevant technologies to creative production.
• Apply established best practices, standards, templates, and workflows for AI-enabled creative production.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-house creative production and reduce reliance on external agencies.

Collaboration and Project Management

• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Corporate Communications, HR, and Business Units to translate business objectives into effective creative campaigns and digital experiences.
• Provide creative and AI production input during campaign planning and content development.
• Recommend suitable formats, production approaches, and AI applications based on project requirements.
• Manage multiple creative deliverables while balancing quality, timelines, brand requirements, and business priorities.
• Share relevant creative and AI production knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging creative technologies, production methods, and industry trends, incorporating relevant innovations into creative outputs.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in creative production, visual storytelling, and the application of AI technologies in content creation.
