UI UX designer

About the Role

Wipro is seeking a UI UX Designer to join their team in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on designing user interfaces and experiences for various digital products, including those with bilingual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and user requirements to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces, ensuring optimal user experience across devices.
• Develop user experiences for both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing and integrate user feedback into design iterations.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with product, development, QA, and business teams.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and design consistency across all projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Practical experience in designing Arabic/bilingual digital products.
• Strong understanding of RTL layouts, Arabic typography, and localization principles.
• Experience with responsive/mobile-first design, user research, and usability testing methodologies.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on platforms within government, banking, telecom, or large enterprise sectors.
• Knowledge of design systems/component libraries, WCAG accessibility guidelines, HTML, and CSS.
