About the Role

Al Fares Holding Company is seeking a full-time Accountant to join its team in the Eastern Province, covering cities such as Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran, Hafar Al Batin, Al Hafuf, Al Jubail, and Al Qatif. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records and contributing to the organization's financial success.

Role Overview

The Accountant will collaborate with various departments, gaining a comprehensive understanding of business operations while developing financial expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and tools, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and financial accounts to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather relevant data and insights.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Generate financial reports and statements, analyzing trends and variances to provide management with actionable insights.
• Support the external audit process by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
• Monitor and manage fixed assets, ensuring proper recording, depreciation calculations, and compliance with accounting policies.
• Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices, participating in training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
