Overview of the Role

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Finance Operations Lead / Cluster Finance Lead at a Senior Manager level for a contract opportunity with a client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves comprehensive ownership of finance operations across assigned clusters, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards for financial closing and reporting within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume end-to-end ownership of finance operations for designated clusters.
• Ensure IFRS compliant financial close processes and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12–15+ years of experience in financial operations.
• Proven hands-on experience in IFRS implementation and operations.
• Demonstrated strong discipline in month-end close and reporting.
• Strong ownership of IFRS close and reporting processes.
• Experience leading finance teams through transitions.
• Prior shared services or multi-entity experience is critical.
• Background in large, complex organizations, with preference for experience in healthcare, public sector, utilities, or other regulated industries.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Bilingual proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
• Comfort operating effectively in transitional or shared services environments.
• Ability to interface and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including CFOs and central finance teams.

Work Location and Eligibility

This contract position requires the ability to work in various locations across Saudi Arabia, including Tabuk, Al Baha, Northern Borders, Hafar Al Batin, Taif, Najran, and Al Ahsa. The primary location is Ḩafar al Baţin. Eligibility for this role is restricted to Iqama holders or Saudi Nationals. The compensation for this role will be as per market standard.
