Role Purpose and Contribution

The Showroom Sales Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers, presenting products, and maintaining the showroom environment. This position plays a direct role in achieving sales objectives and upholding Segadty's brand standards through direct customer interaction and operational support within our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by welcoming and assisting visitors in the showroom.
• Present and promote products to support sales goals.
• Maintain current knowledge of products, promotions, and sales techniques.
• Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Handle sales transactions and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve established sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience; previous retail or showroom sales experience is an advantage.
