About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Taif. This full-time position focuses on ensuring excellent customer service within the showroom, meeting customer needs, and facilitating the sales process from initial interaction to post-sales support and goods delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers upon entry, introduce company products, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with product and color coordination.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and timely goods delivery.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
• Commit to management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to warehouse ordering policies (minimum/maximum levels) and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and deposit daily sales cash into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, attempt resolution, and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions for developing the sales process and value.
• Execute all job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

The ideal candidate will be customer-focused with a strong understanding of sales processes and inventory management. This role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with various teams and maintain high standards of showroom presentation and customer interaction.
