Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining the showroom's operational standards and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional reception and high-level service to customers within the showrooms.
• Address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer comprehensive pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through the showroom, introduce company products, and secure orders.
• Calculate required quantities and assist customers with product and color coordination based on their preferences.
• Coordinate with showroom assistants, workers, and drivers to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain the showroom's cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, including brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to management goals and implement required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to warehouse ordering policies based on minimum and maximum levels.
• Implement the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to established policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required.
• Deposit all daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This role is based in a showroom setting in Riyadh, requiring direct interaction with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
