Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and service within the showrooms, addressing customer needs, and managing both pre-sales and after-sales support for goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing company products, and securing their orders.
• Calculate required quantities for customers and assist with color and product coordination based on their needs.
• Support customers through the invoicing process and ensure proper goods delivery, coordinating with showroom staff including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan.
• Commit to achieving management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock of all items, particularly fast-moving ones, by adhering to ordering policies from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels, and applying the first-in, first-out policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and deposit daily cash sales into the company's account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitor activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for resolution and reporting them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer constructive ideas and suggestions for developing sales processes and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
