About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to lead the Outbound Hail Warehouse team. This full-time position is based in Hail and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary objective is to ensure all finished goods orders are picked and dispatched on time, adhering to standard operating procedures, and to oversee efficient shift receipts and dispatch activities.

Role Overview

The Senior Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for the daily operations of the Hail warehouse, focusing on leadership and operational efficiency. This role also involves providing coverage for the Team Manager during their absence, ensuring continuous smooth operation of the logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and lead the warehouse team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate execution of all activities.
• Maximize warehouse space and facility utilization while maintaining adequate stock levels of warehouse consumables and operational materials.
• Ensure full compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies across all warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant logistics or warehouse supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage daily operational tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures in warehouse management.
