The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for a full-time position in Hail. This role is part of a dynamic multinational team, contributing to the group's growth plans driven by an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets.

Role Purpose

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to efficiently intake birds and process poultry products, meeting internal customer requirements within established management performance parameters. This involves ensuring adherence to defined product specifications and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-functional team to ensure efficient intake and processing of poultry products.
  • Meet internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with defined product specifications and maintain quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within a poultry or food production environment.
  • Experience should include exposure to high-volume operations, managing a multicultural workforce, and coordinating production and maintenance plans with the Production Management team.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe working environment, reduce workplace incidents, and work with automated process control systems.
  • Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining international quality standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
  • Strong computer literacy skills are essential.
  • Certifications in Supervisory Management, Internal Auditing, and recognized food safety and quality standards (*, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) are preferred.
