The Role: Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming)

Almarai is seeking a Regional QSHE Coordinator (Farming) to join its team in Hail. This full-time position is central to maintaining the company’s high standards in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety management systems within the farming division. The role involves ensuring full compliance with established protocols and leveraging advanced QSHE management techniques and technology to meet world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure comprehensive compliance of the company’s Quality management systems.
  • Oversee adherence to Health & Safety management systems within the farming operations.
  • Maintain full compliance with Environmental management system requirements.
  • Guarantee the integrity and compliance of Food Safety management systems.
  • Implement and utilize the latest QSHE management techniques and technology.
  • Work to align all QSHE practices with world-class industry standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental, or Food Safety roles.
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of QSHE management systems.
  • Proficiency in utilizing QSHE management techniques and technology.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with world-class standards.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Hail. The Regional QSHE Coordinator will operate within the farming sector, contributing to the regional oversight of quality and safety standards.
