The Opportunity

Almarai is expanding its operations through an aggressive expansion program and acquisitions in new vertical markets. This growth has created an opportunity for a Senior Team Manager to join a multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans. This full-time position is based in Hail.

Role Purpose

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-functional team. The primary objective is to efficiently manage the intake of birds and process poultry products. This role ensures that internal customer requirements are met within established management performance parameters, while strictly adhering to defined product specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
