The Opportunity: Team Manager in Hail

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the manufacturing and packaging of infant formula products. The Team Manager will ensure adherence to internal and regulatory standards while continuously driving improvements in production efficiencies within a safe operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional team engaged in infant formula manufacturing and packaging.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards relevant to production.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiencies.
• Maintain a safe working environment throughout all manufacturing processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Dairy or Food Technology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in powdered infant formula manufacturing and packing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a supervisory level, with a reporting line to a plant manager.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
• Computer literacy sufficient to complete pre-formatted spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO 22000 quality standards.
• Thorough understanding of pasteurization, evaporation, drying, blending, and packing processes.
• Ability to lead and manage a multinational workforce effectively.
• Clear communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deal with complex issues and direct tasks.
• Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
