Role Overview

The Senior Team Manager – Civil Engineering will be responsible for leading civil projects, overseeing site activities, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards. This position involves managing contractors, providing technical oversight, coordinating projects, and resolving complex multidisciplinary construction challenges within Almarai's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, project progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within established standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading civil projects and supervising site activities.
• Proficiency in ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.
• Experience in contractor management and technical oversight.
