Role Overview

AECOM is seeking a Civil Sr Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting, overseeing, and coordinating engineering production activities within an operating unit. The individual will be responsible for making authoritative decisions and recommendations, demonstrating mature judgment in problem-solving, and organizing programs and projects to meet operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for an operating unit.
  • Make decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company.
  • Engage in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.
  • Demonstrate understanding of project delivery requirements, creativity, and foresight.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to meet project goals and deliver high-quality technical excellence.
  • Anticipate and solve routine and unusual operations problems.
  • Determine operational objectives and requirements.
  • Organize programs and projects.
  • Develop standards and guides for diverse engineering activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand project delivery requirements.
  • Proven capability in dispute resolution and negotiation.
  • Mature judgment in anticipating and solving operational problems.
  • Experience in organizing programs and projects, and developing engineering standards.

Work Environment

The role operates within an administrative supervision framework, with assignments defined by broad general objectives and limits.
