About the Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader I (Poultry) to join their team in Hail. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on maximizing farm production and profitability by efficiently planning and organizing activities within the designated areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize all farm activities within the assigned areas of responsibility.
• Ensure the most efficient use of all available resources to maximize production.
• Finalize and implement the daily production plan in collaboration with the Production Management team, covering both production and maintenance activities.
• Conduct internal quality and HACCP audits.
• Propose modifications and process optimizations to enhance the service level of the department.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
• A Certificate in Supervisory Management is desirable.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a poultry or food environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.

• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
