Almarai is seeking a dedicated Team Leader I (Poultry) to join our operations in Hail. This full-time position is central to ensuring the efficient management and optimal performance of our poultry farm activities, contributing directly to production goals and overall profitability.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary objective of this role is to maximize farm production and profitability within the assigned area of responsibility. This involves comprehensive planning and organization of all farm activities, alongside the efficient utilization of all available resources to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and implement the daily production plan in close collaboration with the Production Management team, encompassing both production and maintenance activities.
• Conduct internal Quality and HACCP Audits to ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Propose modifications and process optimizations aimed at enhancing the overall service level of the department.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in poultry farm management or a similar operational leadership role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time role based in Hail, requiring a consistent on-site presence to oversee daily operations and team activities effectively.
