The Role of Team Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its operations in Hail. This full-time position involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The role focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while adhering to management performance parameters, including efficiency, loss-in-process reduction, and zero non-conformance. The Team Manager ensures strict compliance with defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional team to ensure efficient poultry intake and processing.
• Meet internal customer requirements within established performance parameters, focusing on efficiency and minimizing loss-in-process.
• Ensure zero non-conformance to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Finalize production and maintenance plans/targets in coordination with the production management team.
• Maintain a safe working environment and implement measures to minimize accidents.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a high-volume operational environment.
• Exposure to automated process control production systems.
• Proven capability to propose plant modifications and process optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve service levels.
