Hatchery Planner

About the Role

Almarai - المراعي is seeking a Hatchery Planner to support daily hatchery operations and production planning activities. This full-time position is based in Hail and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring efficient resource utilization, maintaining production performance, and monitoring key performance indicators.

Role Purpose

The Hatchery Planner plays a crucial role in the operational efficiency of the hatchery. This position focuses on coordinating resources, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to biosecurity and quality standards to support overall production targets and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily hatchery activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Prepare and monitor production plans in line with business requirements and production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and operational resources to maintain readiness and efficiency.
• Monitor hatchery performance, production results, hatchability, chick quality, and key operational KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with hatchery operating procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce biosecurity requirements to maintain high standards of flock health and operational safety.
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and chick quality.
• Collaborate closely with hatchery management and cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and plan daily operations effectively.
• Experience in monitoring production performance and key performance indicators.
