The Role of Operator III, Hail Injection

This full-time position is for an Operator III, Hail Injection, based in Hail. The individual in this role will be responsible for operating higher production machines that perform similar operations or produce similar parts. The role frequently requires setup changes and involves working within parameters where direct control over product quality is limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate equipment across more than one process area and perform basic troubleshooting as required.
• Support senior operators in coordinating field activities to ensure continuous operations.
• Verify that equipment within the broader work area is properly prepared for maintenance tasks.
• Provide the initial interface with maintenance and operations teams to facilitate work within the process area.
• Offer support during emergency response situations, adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Comply with all relevant quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures to maintain a healthy and safe work environment.
• Ensure the safety of colleagues by observing their activities and providing advice when necessary to minimize accidents.
• Participate in training programs to achieve and maintain required performance standards.

Qualifications and Experience
