Warehouse Coordinator

About the Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations in Ḩā’il, Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials to support project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries and verify quantities, specifications, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Record material receipts, issuances, returns, and transfers within the inventory system.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, organized, and stored safely.
• Coordinate material issuance based on approved requests and maintain supporting records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements with the Procurement department.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory reconciliation processes.
• Follow up with Procurement, suppliers, and Logistics regarding outstanding deliveries.
• Prepare reports on inventory balances, material movements, shortages, and pending deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and ensure compliance with safety and material-handling procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in warehouse coordination, inventory control, or warehouse operations, preferably within the contracting or construction sector.
• A good understanding of material receiving, storage, issuance, and stock reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with inventory management or ERP systems.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
