Production Supervisor

About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Hawtat Sudair. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing production activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met, and coordinating with the Production Engineer on various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the daily production plan effectively.
• Manage work deployment and handle man, machine, and material resources.
• Monitor and control activities across the production line and section.
• Communicate line or sectional issues to the Production Engineer for resolution.
• Coordinate with the stores section for proactive arrangements and control of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
• Ensure the receipt and consumption of RM and PM align with the Bill of Materials (BOM)/Recipe.
• Generate production-related reports and maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise on the production line.
• Oversee safe start-up and shutdown procedures for the production line.
• Manage Shift Handover/Takeover (SHOTO) activities.
• Perform basic MRP or ERP production (sectional) related transactions.
• Engage in internal communication with supporting sections to address and resolve operational issues.
• Adhere to the Company’s QHSE policy, standards, and approved operating procedures.
• Execute all assigned activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience with SAP ERP, specifically within the production execution module.

Work Environment

This role operates within a manufacturing environment, requiring close coordination with the Production Engineer and other supporting sections to maintain efficient and safe production operations.
