We announce the availability of a vacancy for the position of receptionist to work in a medical laboratory, known for providing modern health services with high quality. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently and professionally deal with patients and visitors.

📌 Main Responsibilities:

• Welcoming patients and visitors and accurately registering their data in the laboratory system.
• Ensuring the completion of necessary forms before transferring to the relevant departments.
• Communicating with patients and health authorities to schedule appointments and follow up.
• Answering phone calls and providing information related to laboratory services.
• Coordinating between internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assisting in organizing files, medical records, and reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintaining the order and cleanliness of the reception area according to health and safety standards.

🎓 Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Previous experience in medical laboratories is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in the reception field, preferably within health laboratories.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in computer skills and laboratory systems and office programs.
• High organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Courteous and precise in dealing with patients and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement corrective actions efficiently.
• Install and commission new mechanical systems and components as required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Work closely with other technical teams to ensure seamless operations and safety compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in the oil and gas or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, machinery, and maintenance practices.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in mechanical maintenance.
