Evercare is seeking an Inventory Pharmacist to join their team in Jazan, Jizan. This is a full-time position requiring 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Inventory Pharmacist is responsible for the comprehensive management of pharmaceutical and medical supplies within the medical store. This role ensures efficient inventory operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and accurate record-keeping to support clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, categorize, and properly store incoming shipments of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, and IV solutions.
• Track expiration dates regularly and implement effective stock rotation principles, such as First Expiry, First Out (FEFO).
• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to fulfill daily product requests and prevent stock-outs.
• Ensure the medical store strictly adheres to SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) and MOH regulations regarding temperature, humidity, and safety controls.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts (audits) and reconcile discrepancies with the electronic system.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital records of all issued and received medical items.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with SFDA and MOH regulations.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jazan, Jizan, within a professional healthcare setting.
