About the Role

Jazan Integrated Gasification & Power Company (JIGPC) is seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman – Power Generation to support maintenance activities within a large-scale power generation and industrial facility in Jazan. This full-time role involves supervising maintenance execution, providing technical leadership to teams, and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment.

Role Context

The Maintenance Foreman will play a key role in maintaining operational integrity within a heavy industrial environment. This position is suitable for maintenance professionals with substantial experience in power plants, combined cycle facilities, utilities, petrochemical plants, refineries, or gas processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and contractors during daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure maintenance work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
• Support planning and scheduling activities to optimize equipment reliability and plant availability.
• Monitor maintenance performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, materials, and resources.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, and Reliability teams.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders within CMMS systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance roles within power generation or heavy industrial facilities.
• Demonstrated experience in supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong technical background in power plant operations, combined cycle facilities, utilities, petrochemical plants, refineries, or gas processing.
• Proficiency in coordinating various maintenance programs including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
