KBR, Inc. is seeking an Area Maintenance Foreman to join its team in the Makkah region, specifically covering locations in Rabigh and Makkah. This full-time position is within KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), which provides comprehensive solutions across the asset lifecycle, including licensed process technologies, advisory services, technical expertise, and smart solutions for optimizing operational assets.

Role Overview

The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance activities within a petrochemical plant. This includes corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for mechanical, instrumentation/electrical (I/E), and rotating equipment. The role ensures that all activities carried out by contractors comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards to maintain sector availability, reliability, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems of the petrochemical plant, adhering to company standards.
• Provide regular reports in the CMMS system concerning maintenance execution at SATORP’s Plant.
• Offer necessary support to the planning and scheduling supervisor.
• Support the company's reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare weekly reports and discuss findings in Maintenance meetings.
• Review and enhance personnel knowledge through job-specific training, coordinating with the Head of HR.
• Adhere to and follow up on all safety requirements during the job execution phase.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing maintenance activities within a petrochemical plant environment.
• Proficiency in CMMS systems for maintenance reporting.
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities spanning Rabigh and Makkah. The role involves working within a petrochemical plant setting, requiring adherence to strict operational and safety protocols.
