Job Description

Reception and Welcome: Welcoming guests with a smile and politeness, and escorting them to their designated tables. Reservation Management: Recording reservations via phone or electronic systems, and accurately organizing waiting times. Coordination: Acting as a liaison between guests and service staff, and distributing customers fairly among waiters to avoid pressure. Customer Service: Answering guest inquiries, and handling their feedback with complete professionalism. Hall Preparation: Ensuring the cleanliness of the reception area and the readiness of the menus.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
