Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Reconcile daily sales from point of sale (POS) systems and ensure their accuracy with sales platforms and revenue accounts..
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and reconcile electronic receipts and payments..
• Review and enter invoices and accurately post daily entries to the company's accounting system..
• Prepare and post daily accounting entries (accruals, adjustments, and prepaid expenses) with complete accuracy and ensure they are supported by documentation.
• Actively participate in monthly and annual financial closing processes, and reconcile account balances to ensure the readiness of the books for issuing financial statements on time..
• Familiarity with the basics of Cost Accounting and participation in monitoring inventory movements, purchases, and meal costs..
• Prepare and provide all accounting reports and data requested by the financial management to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of financial activities..

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience at most in the accounting field, with a very strong preference for those with prior experience in the restaurant sector, or the food and beverage (F&B) sector..
• Technical Skills:
