Accommodation & Fleet Supervisor

About the Role

EMAR Saudi for Energy Works Co. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly organized Accommodation & Fleet Supervisor to manage accommodation and transportation operations. This full-time position is based at our head office in Jeddah, Makkah, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Accommodation & Fleet Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the efficient management of employee housing and the company's vehicle fleet. This role involves overseeing all aspects from lease management and maintenance to transportation planning, ensuring smooth operations for staff and workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the accommodation and fleet coordinators team.
• Manage employee accommodation leases, payments, and renewals.
• Oversee the company fleet, including maintenance, registration, insurance, and traffic violations.
• Plan and supervise staff and worker transportation to project sites.
• Coordinate with landlords, rental companies, workshops, and suppliers.
• Prepare weekly accommodation and fleet reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accommodation or transportation management, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in contracting or project-based companies is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
