Role Overview

The Estate and Accommodation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the company's properties and employee accommodation. This role ensures that all facilities are well-maintained, occupancy is managed efficiently, and suitable living conditions are provided for employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accommodation operations, including room allocation, employee check-ins/check-outs, and accommodation transfers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate occupancy records, property inventories, and accommodation reports.
• Follow up on tenancy agreements, lease renewals, utilities, and service provider contracts.
• Handle accommodation complaints and ensure their timely resolution.
• Supervise accommodation staff and monitor the quality of services provided.
• Monitor accommodation expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in estate management, accommodation supervision, or a similar field.
