Estate & Accommodation Supervisor

About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking an experienced Estate & Accommodation Supervisor to manage workforce accommodation operations in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role involves overseeing accommodation costs, managing outsourced provider performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of facility management and resident well-being across both outsourced and in-house accommodation units. The supervisor will ensure consistent service delivery, effective budget control, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the regional accommodation budget, including rent, utilities, maintenance, and provider fees, and implement cost-control measures.
• Oversee outsourced accommodation providers, including invoice approval, statement reconciliation, and addressing contractual non-performance.
• Ensure compliance with fire-safety, Civil Defence, municipality, and labour-accommodation requirements through inspections and performance reviews.
• Manage bed capacity, resident allocations, relocations, and occupancy levels in line with workforce requirements.
• Ensure appropriate standards of accommodation, hygiene, safety, and resident well-being, including complaint resolution and incident investigations.
• Supervise in-house accommodation facilities and manage retained personnel such as wardens, technicians, and janitorial staff.
• Prepare and review monthly regional reports on accommodation costs, occupancy, provider SLAs, complaints, safety, and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, facility consolidation, space utilisation improvement, and enhanced service delivery.
• Supervise Estate Coordinators, establish performance expectations, and monitor operational activities across all accommodation locations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in facility management, property management, or workforce accommodation operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience managing teams and outsourced service providers against SLAs.
• Proven experience in budget management, cost control, invoice verification, statement-of-account reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Good knowledge of accommodation management, fire safety, and applicable municipality, Civil Defence, and labour-accommodation regulations.

Required Skills

• Strong supplier-management, negotiation, contract administration, and dispute-resolution skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with facility-management systems, reporting tools, or ticketing platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multicultural teams and address resident concerns professionally.
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment and Travel

This role is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires a valid driving licence with a willingness to travel across the assigned region, including Jeddah and Makkah. The position is full-time and involves managing diverse accommodation facilities and teams.
