Assistant Sales Representative

About the Role

L'azurde For Jewelry is seeking an Assistant Sales Representative to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time, field-based position focused on wholesale distribution, with a salary range of SAR 5,625 - SAR 7,500. The role is responsible for selling and distributing the company's products to wholesale customers through regular field visits and building long-term client relationships, while consistently achieving specified sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to current and potential wholesale customers.
• Present and sell the company's products to clients in accordance with promotional policies and established sales terms.
• Distribute products and follow up on delivery processes with customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with wholesale clients.
• Identify new clients and expand the customer base in designated areas.
• Follow up on payment collections according to the company's established policy.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries, working to resolve them in coordination with management.
• Monitor market and competitors, providing necessary reports to direct management.
• Adhere to monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Work Environment

This position is fully field-based and does not involve work inside a showroom or retail sales. The Assistant Sales Representative will primarily engage with wholesale customers through external visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Capability to work independently in a field-based role.
