CAFM & Planning Specialist

About the Role

SSCL is seeking a CAFM & Planning Specialist to join its team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves administering CAFM systems, managing asset databases, and supporting digital transformation initiatives within large-scale operational environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer CAFM systems to ensure efficient operation and data integrity.
• Maintain comprehensive asset databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
• Manage maintenance workflows, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop operational dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Support various digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience is required.
• Candidates should possess a strong background in administering CAFM systems and managing asset data.
• Experience in developing operational dashboards and supporting digital transformation projects is essential.

Preferred Industry Experience

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in environments characterized by large-scale operations, maintenance, and integrated facilities management. This includes sectors such as airports, healthcare, higher education, hospitality, government, and critical infrastructure.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in both Jeddah and Makkah. The role operates within a dynamic environment focused on optimizing facilities management and digital processes.
