The Role: Residence Guest Service Associate

Shangri-La Hotel in Jeddah is seeking a Residence Guest Service Associate to manage guest registration, check-out processes, cashiering, and foreign exchange services. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and is responsible for assisting guests with queries and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient stock of supplies for the expected business within the shift or day.
• Prepare all necessary documents, such as registration forms, vineyards, and welcome folders, prior to guest arrivals to facilitate check-in.
• Acknowledge and welcome guests promptly upon their approach to the desk.
• Check OPMS records for guest history and specialized instructions.
• Assist guests in completing registration forms, reviewing entries to ensure all important details are included.
• Direct guests to appropriate lifts and coordinate with Concierge staff as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage guest registration, check-out, cashiering, and foreign exchange.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate guest queries and requests effectively.
