The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager (Manufacturing) to join its operations in Jeddah, KSA. This full-time position is part of an ongoing expansion program and strategic acquisitions, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic multinational team focused on furthering the group's growth plans.

Core Purpose of the Role

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for initiating, identifying, managing, and following up on all continuous improvement initiatives. This includes addressing issues triggered by customer complaints, non-compliances, delivery non-compliances, rejects, dumps, and hygiene audits, ensuring a proactive approach to operations.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within manufacturing operations.
• Manage and follow up on all continuous improvement activities.
• Address and resolve issues arising from customer complaints and non-compliances.
• Oversee the resolution of delivery non-compliances, rejects, and dumps.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and address findings from audits.
• Implement a proactive approach to operational improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
