We’re Hiring | Account Manager (Customer Service)

We are looking for a talented Saudi Account Manager with a strong background in Customer Service to join our team.

Requirements:

* Saudi National.

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

* Experience in Account Management and Customer Service.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

* Proficient in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.

* Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts.

* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.

* Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
