Role Overview

The Dir Engineering Multiprop B role is responsible for overseeing and managing engineering operations within multiple properties. This position requires a strong understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and team leadership to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all hotel facilities. The focus is on maintaining high standards of operational excellence and guest satisfaction through effective engineering management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the engineering department across multiple hotel properties.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
• Manage and coordinate repair and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and hotel standards.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
• Manage the engineering budget, including procurement of materials and services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering or a related field, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing engineering operations for multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah and Jeddah regions of Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dynamic hotel environment, contributing to the seamless operation of Delta Hotels properties.
