Mosanada Logistics Services is seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Officer to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to maintaining a positive and compliant work environment, requiring 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of employee relations and HR administrative activities. This includes ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies, handling employee inquiries, and facilitating various HR processes from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct employee investigations and manage disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance procedures.
• Oversee processes related to resignations, terminations, offboarding, and End of Service (EOS).
• Prepare and maintain essential HR letters, employee documents, reports, and trackers.
• Manage employee records and ensure accurate documentation.

Required Knowledge and Expertise

• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, and procedures.
• Practical experience with government platforms and entities such as Muqeem, Qiwa, GOSI, and the Chamber of Commerce (COC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Candidate Profile and Skills

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a related field is required.
• Previous experience in handling employee relations and HR administrative activities is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Good command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
