The Role: Employee Relationship Officer

Avensys Consulting is seeking an Employee Relationship Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with local regulations and platforms. The officer will be responsible for key HR functions specific to the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operations and processes on government HR platforms, including Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and Mudad.
• Ensure adherence to Saudi Labour Laws in all employee-related matters.
• Oversee and implement aspects of the Tawteen program.
• Handle general human resources functions as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in handling government HR platforms such as Qiwa, Gosi, Muqeem, and Mudad.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labour Laws.
• Demonstrated experience with the Tawteen program.
• Capability to manage general HR functions effectively.
