Estimation & Tendering Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Follow up on competitions and tenders issued by the National Water Company (NWC).

* Review tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQ).

* Prepare cost studies, price analyses, and estimates.

* Calculate costs and expected profit margins.

* Prepare and compile technical and financial proposals.

* Submit bids and participate in tenders through electronic platforms.

* Follow up on tenders and related procedures through the award stage.

* Prepare and review payment certificates and bills of quantities when required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

* At least 5 years of experience in estimation and tendering.

* Practical experience in water and wastewater network projects.

* Previous experience with National Water Company (NWC) tenders.

* Proficiency in preparing and analyzing prices and conducting cost studies.

* Experience in preparing and reviewing payment certificates and bills of quantities (BOQ).

* Ability to independently manage the tendering process from document review through award.

* Proficiency in using estimation and proposal preparation software and tools.
