Pricing & Estimation Engineer (Fit Out)

About the Role

Armada International Corporation is seeking a Pricing & Estimation Engineer (Fit-Out) to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires an individual with 5-10 years of experience in fit-out projects, focusing on detailed estimation and proposal preparation for government tenders.

Role Overview

The Pricing & Estimation Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive review and analysis of tender documents, specifications, and scopes of work for various fit-out projects. This role involves performing detailed quantity takeoffs, analyzing engineering drawings, and managing the entire tender submission process through the Etimad platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly review and analyze government tender documents, specifications, and scope of work for Fit-Out projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoff (BOQ) and analyze interior design and finishing engineering drawings.
• Source competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, and conduct thorough evaluation of their proposals.
• Prepare and assemble complete technical and financial proposals in full compliance with government tender requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate project financial risks prior to bid submission.
• Manage tender submissions and track updates through the Etimad platform.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and handle technical clarifications.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pricing and estimation, specifically within fit-out projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering an opportunity to work on significant government fit-out projects.
