About the Role

Basamh Industrial Co. Ltd. is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join its team in Jeddah. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies that align with business goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments that test new processes or technologies, gathering data for informed decisions.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to determine resource allocation needs, ensuring optimal utilization of manpower and machinery.
• Create detailed documentation of engineering processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend further improvements.
• Assist in the training and development of team members on new processes and technologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure that all engineering solutions are feasible and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engineering practices, applying relevant insights to enhance operational strategies.
