IT Supervisor ( Saudi Nationals only )

About the Role

Delta Hotels and Resorts is seeking an IT Supervisor to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals, requiring 0-1 years of experience. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures and protect company assets.
• Address guests’ service needs as required.
• Communicate with other IS personnel to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software, systems, internet access, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Refer major problems or defective products to vendors/technicians.
• Respond to program error messages by identifying and correcting problems or terminating programs.
• Enter commands and activate controls on computer and peripheral equipment.
• Inspect, test, and diagnose computer equipment and systems.
• Maintain inventory of all technology devices.
• Manage computer networks, support server systems, and associated software.
• Provide network communications support.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware, software, and website technical architecture related to hardware and telecommunication connectivity.
• Perform system backups.
• Provide end-user support.
• Manage user accounts, including setup, removal, and password resets to ensure confidentiality and proper use.
• Install, configure, and modify workstations, including cables, desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, and printers.
• Read technical manuals, consult with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance.
• Secure all backup tapes and computer/telephone rooms.
• Educate users regarding procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or supervisory role.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using electronic devices for information exchange.
• Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, with a focus on protecting company assets and addressing guest service needs.
