Role Summary

LIXIL is seeking a Leader Western Region to manage and drive the Projects Channel sales mission in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to the IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) Saudi Arabia operations, with a focus on delivering results for the Grohe brand within the Western Region. The role requires a seasoned professional to ensure the achievement of corporate objectives and KPIs for the Projects Channel.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain collective accountability for the overall delivery of results for the Projects Channel in Saudi Arabia.
• Execute the Project Channel Sales Mission for the region in alignment with corporate objectives and KPIs.
• Forecast accurate project sales on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, preparing corresponding reports.
• Measure and analyze critical success factors to identify best practices and implement improvement processes.
• Gather competitor market intelligence and report findings to management.
• Adhere to budget guidelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Ensure full adherence to and usage of Salesforce for creating and managing a comprehensive database of leads, opportunities, and client prospects.
• Coordinate effectively with other business channels (*, OTC, Showroom) and the Leader Projects KSA to achieve common regional goals and KPIs.

Channel Strategy and Engagement

• Identify key channels and targets within the region for project business, based on allocations from the Leader Projects KSA.
• Focus on Sub Channel B (Residential) with primary targets including Developers, Contractors, and Designers.
• Address Sub Channel A (Hotels) targeting Hotel Operators and Developers, and Sub Channel C (Health Care) targeting Owners and Healthcare Institutions.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to define and deliver necessary tools for direct and indirect customers, enhancing service and support for project sales.
• Provide product updates to project customers, coordinating with SCM and product teams.
• Regularly visit contractors, developers, dealers, and consultants to promote Grohe and build a strong network of professional influencers and decision-makers.
• Support distribution channels and work closely with Channel Partners in Projects.
• Identify marketing and specification events to maximize exposure and new business opportunities, reporting on events that enhance brand strength.
• Develop and maintain a database and records of all key project contacts in the region, preparing reports for senior management.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of total experience as a seasoned professional.
• Experience in the same field or the building materials industry is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, highly competitive, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Proven ability to maintain LIXIL’s quality standards and reputation for excellence.
• Experience in managing external relationships and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, operating within a dynamic and competitive market. The role requires proactive engagement with various internal departments and external partners to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives for the Projects Channel.
