About the Opportunity

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Lease Portfolio Manager to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is crucial for managing the company’s extensive property lease portfolio, ensuring operational continuity and strategic alignment within its retail operations.

Role Purpose

The Lease Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of all lease agreements. This includes the critical tasks of managing timely renewals, amendments, and terminations, alongside fostering strong, productive relationships with landlords. A key aspect of the role is to ensure strict adherence to contractual obligations, financial commitments, and internal governance compliance across the entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recurring workload associated with primary lease renewals, amendments, and contractual terminations.
• Coordinate internal department requests that require landlord approvals, such as signage, utility modifications, and permits.
• Maintain a centralized archive of all property-related legal documents, records, and communication history.
• Manage and resolve landlords' complaints to ensure healthy relationships and effective company representation.
• Ensure that all lease-related financial obligations, including rent and service charges, are handled accurately and on time.
• Conduct day-to-day coordination with landlords during the store development phase to resolve construction or utility issues.
• Follow up on internal governance processes, including the preparation of internal memos and official approval requests.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in lease portfolio management or a similar field, demonstrating a solid understanding of property lease administration.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, where the Lease Portfolio Manager will operate within the company's retail operations framework, contributing to its ongoing success.
